... was an envelope from the tour operator. I had missed the first meeting time they had proposed - 6pm and it was already 7pm. I would just do the briefing with the others tomorrow. ... had a set menu - 2 courses tonight. I was adventurous and tried the trio of mushrooms for entree while Peter and Sue had terrine. I was able to identify two of the mushroom stuffings (cheese and rillette) but the third was similar to oysters. - I was guessing it was possible escargot. When the waitress came to clear our plates I asked her - she was slightly hesitant to explain the stuffing but when I looked excited she informed it was escargot. ...

... though they could have done with a few good feeds - they certainly had a lot of ribs showing. Next was a toilet stop - just along the river a little further. It work us a while to find it - it was one of the auto flushing and light sensor ones. The mens was totally open air.
