... headed back to the hotel and enjoyed a good nights rest. It was the best we have had all tour and we could have just stayed there a little longer. We are now on our way to Paris and it is our last drive together as a group. We only have two nights left and reality is starting to kick in and Contiki/travel depression is starting to kick in. As much as we miss everyone at home and we just want to play and cuddle with molly we are safe our trip is almost ...

... kitchen. These included beef snout and pork blood sausage. Courtney and I both tried both. The blood sausage was the consensus favorite (yes, I am serious). I also had a salad lyonnaise, which is a salad with an egg cooked over easy and put on top of greens. Less of a salad, more of a delicious, sloppy mess. FYI to any travelers to France with an egg allergy or dislike - the French put egg on EVERYTHING. The best dish was dessert called the ...

... This set us up for the long journey to Lyon, our next resting place for 2 nights. I have been to Villa Florentine on numerous occasions, 5 star hotel with 1 Michelin star restaurant. We arrived at Villa Florentine at about 3pm and we headed straight to the pool. Our reservation for 2 nights was not confirmed by email and on arrival our reservation was for 1 night only. We were upgraded to ...
