... camera has been replaced. We arrived in Paris on Saturday around noon. We dropped the bags at our hotel and headed to the airport to return the mighty Pug2, then a train back to the hotel. ... and immigration, we hopped in to the car and Tour Director Neil and his faithful companion Tom Tom, with a rather distinctive female voice, drove us to Pisa to check out the Tower. She got us there! The tower itself is very impressive. You kinda wonder how it does not topple over given the tilt. (Might now have something to do with the extensive underpinning they did a few years back) Whilst we did not go to the top, as you had to buy ticket and wait some 3 hours ...

... couple, so we went to Sacre Coeur so they could see it but the four of us wandered through the little village where many artists were painting. We were surprised that they were working, even in the rain. We went to but Jack told us to be back in 30 minutes, so did not have time to go in & tour as there was a very long line of people waiting to get in. We went back to the tour car, but the other couple did not come for another 45 min. or so ...
