... So now no need to hit up New York City! After the quick stop by, we made our way back to the Hotel to rest up for Moulin Rouge we have booked for the night. Along the way back to the hotel, took some photos of different sites. I could not live in Paris, as I can't parallel park, photos attached how the people park in Paris. After a short break at the hotel room, we were off to Moulin Rouge. We were back on the Metro, and we were lucky that when we got to our stop, ...

Our day 1 walk was terrific - we were at Notre Dame early so not much wait to go inside - beautiful and much more traditional and symmetrical than many of the Cathedrals we have visited in Spain - outstanding stained glass windows. The walk was excellent - We added a visit to the Louvre forecourt on the way past - only ...

Off on our Flavors of Paris tour this morning! We used the Metro to get to the Saint Germain neighbourhood. Must say the public transport system is brilliant - always an information person available if needed and all the routes are color coded and easy to follow. No waiting either for trains - they run so frequently. We meet our tour guide Lisa at the red door at Saint ...

... surprise, we arrives at the airport. Check in was easy, passport control even easier! Then security. Sydney was alright, we asked about iPads, no leave them in your bag, keep your watch on, no problem. Here iPads had to come out, and watches into the tray, and my shoulder bag was passed through then taken back, I had to take my camera out and put it in a tray. Off course I was sweating the whole time because of the jacket and padded vest ...
