Today we said our goodbyes to family to continue our journey around Europe. We boarded our flight and arrived in Paris this afternoon. We eventually found our accommodation, checked in and sat for about 5 minutes before heading out for some sight seeing. It was getting dark so we decided to see the Eiffel Tower. We took the metro and 20 mins later we alighted nearby. We stopped to order our first French crepe. Nutella and Banana. It was delicious! ...

... bedrooms and work rooms. They drip with gold, crystal and ornate furnishings. We see a secret door where Marie Antoinette escaped through to elude the same captors who took Louis. The gardens were so big, they built holiday and retirement houses in them. ...

We decided to head off course down a street in an attempt to find a McDonald's where we could get drinks, food and icecream for a reasonable price. I ...

Today we caught the metro into Paris from our campsite and climbed the Arc de Triomphe for some more incredible views of Paris, including the roundabout underneath which had no lines or rules.

We then went for a walk along the Champs Elysee, and walked past Cartier, Tiffany's, Hugo Boss, and many more. When we got to Abercrombie & Fitch, we went inside to get a photo taken with one of the shirtless models and ...

... a nice restaurant. Axuria is a small, 20 table restaurant close to our apartment that was recently recognized with a Michelin star. These stars are a fairly big deal in Paris (as well as other major cities), so we were excited about the experience going in. Ordering at restaurants in Spain and France has arguably been our greatest adventure, and our night at Axuria. Knowing where we were going, we thought we would be slick and look up the menu online before going and put some ...
