... ski lesson in NZ earlier this year which daughter Chantalle arranged for me was excellent in helping me get the basics right and practice here is constantly improving my technique. An outdoor café in full sunshine looked so inviting in the still air that I decided to join the hardy soles already in there for lunch. It must be the coldest ever location I've ever dined in. ... parking spot (just a small city), so headed back to the lake.
The eastern side of the lake was even better. The town of Aix Les Bains is right on the lake, with a nice small town, and walks right along the lake - very pretty, Had a look around here for a while. Ifwe were coming back, i would definitely head to this town to stay, Nice location, great restaurants, and lots to do ...
