    ... amusement ride through a mock-up of that settlement, and museum exhibits of battle scarred Viking carcasses, weapons, gold, etc. The kids moved on to their 'Dig' where they had lots of fun excavating pre-set bones and other prizes from a glorified sandbox.     ... Edinburgh to the Scottish Border was all narrow twisting stuff, it was made more frustrating by the fact that anytime there was any sort of decent straight there was a speed camera. Once we got to a motorway in England the speed cameras disappeared and although we were supposed to only be doing 50 mph, if you were not doing 70 mph you were not keeping up with the slowest traffic. No matter how far south we drive it is still wet and getting windy - lets hope we see some sunshine ...
