Up early having trouble sleeping but after another English breakfast buffet we drove into Barnsley City Centre and found a Market of over 203 stalls in progress but the weather has changed raining and very cold so we opted to walk around the city centre for a while. After coffee we then drove to Pots Hamper and met up with our friends for typical scones jam and cream and a few good laughs. Lovely cafe ...

We woke reasonably early again today after we both slept like logs, we definitely needed a good nights sleep. We are slowly adjusting to the changes of a UK lifestyle and way of living but it is still going to take some time, especially getting settled into our new home for the next 6 months. It is similar to the club house at home but they have an ...

Dejo & I strolled about the area around The Brownlow a bit, first thing in the morning. We enjoyed a full cooked English Breakfast (the first for Jerome & Andrew), and then we had to get on the road. We headed north, toward the general vicinity of York, stopping for sandwiches (and a yummy box of strawberries) at a rest station along the way. We found a small town with a nice park, and enjoyed ...
