    ... me is quite taken with the AS but calls time as we near the end. Seeing her reading the book that Helene and Eddie had given us , whilst still in the baths, indicated to me that she'd probably had enough. We set Tim the Pom to direct us to the Royal Crescent here in Bath.     ... and headed in that direction as it is an award winning restaurant. Looked like a nice place, continued driving without satnav and drove down several narrow lanes. After passing some amazing houses down the lower part of Painswick, including Kingsmill house, we arrived back at the cottage.     ... fantastic. I left it to cool, came up briefly to straighten my room, then had some dinner with the girls downstairs before church.

    I've been struck by the urge to make two things this week: apple dumplings (to use up the Trex I have) and rice pudding (since I now have all the ingredients). Maybe I'll do that on Thursday. Not sure if I can fit those in my fridge space but it's worth a try.
