      ... br> Jen and Matt flew in from Den Hague to spend Easter with us and we enjoyed their company as we explored the Cotswold landscape. We are trying to determine which is actually the prettiest village in England.
      My guide said it is Castle Combe, the little village where the movies Dr Doolittle and War Horse were filmed. The Readers Digest suggested it is Bourton-on-the-water -" the Venice of the Cotswolds". ...

      ... case anyone was wondering. My life is somewhat complete. It was nice not having a real agenda and just really being able to explore a new place. We also met two girls who had a ferret on leash. His name was Mitch haha. It was just a hilariously random day. The next 2 days we stayed in Oxford.       ... baskets..mainly pansies and bulbs at this stage.It does look beautiful. " Oh to be in England now that Spring is here!"
      now, the task in hand is to clean out the fridge a bit and gather all my bits to repack the suitcase...hope it all fits!
      On Friday Pauline, Janine and I go to London for the weekend and fly to Malta on Monday...and that is most likely from where I will be in touch again!

      i found a supermarket that does home deliveries which saved me lugging too much up hill again

      the weather?? Well in a word...cold,as you would expect. But I have a warm jacket,scarf,gloves and hat and the house is warm...so all good!
