In the past month I have taken day trips to Cambridge, Stratford-upon-Avon, Castleton (in the Peak District where much of the new Pride and Prejudice was filmed), and Nottingham/Sherwood Forest. ... Tried to go to the conference but ended up emptying my stomach in the street outside. Came back to my hotel and slept for a few hours. I'm now feeling pretty good, as I type. I had some hot chocolate and that perked me up. I haven't really eaten all day so I'm kind of weak! I hope everyone enjoys this -- it has cost me ten pounds which is not cheap!
