      ... the blow-up bed was malfunctioning so they were both sleeping on the couch! What a way to spend the night before their 50the Wedding Anniversary!!!

      Leisurely breakfasts were enjoyed with no great hurry to head out into the drizzly day but eventually we motivated ourselves and walked into the city along the canal - ending up at the Galleries of Justice Museum. Over to Lauren to tell you all about it....

I considered saying something to the guy who was operating the windmill about the burning smell, but there again I didn't know the Dutch for "I think your windmills on fire mate" so we just hoofed it out if there.       ... hood, headed to a few local pubs, one being claimed as the oldest pub in the uk which is built into the sandstone backing onto the castle. His wife, Tanya picked us in town and took us back to their home for dinner.
