Our night in a castle

... was at The Great British Kitchen, a lovely hall with the big beams across the roof and a view of the castle. It was pretty quiet which was great for the kids and Toothless (whom has been lovingly carried all over the castle today). The service was fabulous and the food was great. Afterward we were very full and very tired! We went back to the rooms where the kids fell asleep mid play with their toys.

We just started walking, saw signs for Trafalgar Square and I was keen to surpass out the cheap West End tickets but I had no idea where west end was let alone how to get tickets. All in all, Greenwich did not disappoint - I am not sure how it would ever disappoint me. Sure the weather wasn't grand but you come to expect that in London. I don't think it diminished the day at all tho. This whole day was a definite highlight of my trip and I look forward to visiting this awesome place again in the future.

... Harrods was overly warm and very quickly, we wanted tobleave. Before we left though, I was determined to examine the famed food halls. When we finally made it tobthe bakery section, i was thrilled. Scones and all kinds of delicious baked treats were just £1.20 each! ... there was an Australian guy within earshot. It was so strange hearing his accent - I've gotten so used to hearing the British accent that even my thoughts sound British!
