Most importanly I need my dear mother to teach me how to use a washing machine, or I fear I shall be wearing dirty clothes the whole journey.

It is impossible to describe and even needs a bit of thought when you see it in real life, but if you are interested have a google and see how they were designed. There is also a tunnel for the horse to go through when the canal passes under the road. Very clever.
