Another set of goodbyes, a smooth train journey to Gatwick in the middle of the night and a long, sleepless few hours in the terminal waiting area before I could go through security and bag checks. A slow start, waking up alone in the year 8 dorm. We had a slow morning finishing up with all the packing, with me cooking some bacon and eggs for breakfast. Will put photos of himself in all the staff pigeon holes which was great fun, and I got to see a little bit of the school. A walk to Tesco's for lunch, and our packing is done. ... minutes so we spent about 2 hours waiting around. I hadn't been feeling too well since Singapore and spent most of the time in and out of the toilet. Just as we were about to board, I had to rush off again. My fear was that I'd be caught short on the flight but thank goodness it was an uneventful flight. It was after 11pm by the time we got to the hotel do it was straight to bed. Tomorrow we will pick up another rental and hit the road again.
