... the castle. Unfortunately it was not open, but you could still stroll around the fort bits on the hillside. Pretty impressive and nice for a wander. Again on such a beautiful sunny day, we were spoilt with views. Managed to spot another seal in the water aswell!
From here it was time to head home, but what a lovely few days of winter Cornish sun!
... backdrop. We got a hot chocolate and sat on the sea wall for a while taking it all in. With the sun dropping we picked up some food and headed back to our cottage for dinner and a fire.
