After a bit of a sleep in this morning we took the underground to the Tower of London. Unfortunately today was a cold & foggy, you could hardly see the tops of the buildings. The Tower of London was first built in 1066 and has mainly been used as a prison and place of execution. We had originally planned to have 2 hours in Dubai airport but this was compressed so that we had to run to our departure gate. ...

Thank you also to every single person I have met on my travels, you made a good experience become a great experience, it really wouldn't have been the same without you! A special thanks to my Matthew for pursuing, ...

Now I know a lot of you are probably wondering why the blog is a day late and I am writing it on Monday instead of Sunday. Well the honest answer is we were really busy yesterday but it also occurred to me that back home you are all relaxing on a long weekend to celebrate the Queen's Birthday. So naturally you would think that as we are currently living in the land of the Queen we would have the day off as well, if not the entire week to celebrate. The truth is folks I went to work today ...
