This morning I woke up and set off to Hyde Park for my 5-mile run. Running is such an amazing way to explore a city! Whilst it was a bit touch and go or should I say stop start we made the motorway and but for a short hold up on the bridge outside Caen we were able to make steady progress, staying under 120 kmh to avoid le gendarme and 3000 to avoid a repeat stop.

So that's it, my trip is done and dusted and what an experience it was. Since i've been home i've been asked how it compares to my East Coast African trip and all I can say is that they are two completely different trips.

East coast is full of activities like skydiving, lion walking, shark diving, quad biking, bungee jumping, safari's. The camp's are much better quality and only a few bush camps, there are long drive days but you spend more days at camps in ...
