    ... reason are lured into its "jaws". You can't enjoy it on foot and it is almost impossible to get around. However, it has established itself rightly or wrong as a desirable destination. As a travel hub, I don't get it at all. A modern Boeing 777 or Airbus A340 can fly direct to all the Asian destinations from Europe. Why land after only 7 hours in Dubai??     ... do but other than that i'll sort it once im there !!

    The Football ( NOT SOCCERS ) world cups on so will be good to see the England team win whilst im there ( Be Back in time for the Final !! ) Not sure that's gonna involve us too much .

    So yeah im sure they'll be some adventures along the way and ill end up in all sorts of interesting situations but as long as I avoid Death ...

    ... and Salvador Dali which was intriguing.

    During the trip we spent a lot of our time navigating our way around the Subway and I felt like a real londoner by the time we left. London is a really interesting place and is steeped in history and has so many things to show for it, it's definitely a place where you can spend a lot of time there and not have scraped the surface of it.

    ... one into a false sense of security. Paaaah! Only 2 nights and only Europe (barely). Already, I have forgotten to pack my "brouges", caffetiere and have no back up smart socks incase of a formal meeting scenario! Other minor lapses include:-
