... Country Pub of the Year competition. We chatted to a couple of interesting chaps at the bar who were covered in tattoos. ... There are only 3 cars of about 25 people each. A tour bus shows up just before we leave so all the seats are taken. Inside the car the seats are facing with a small table in between. On one side a single person sits on each side of the table. On the other side it is 2 people on each side of the table. We take a small one. ... turn (up a farmer's long driveway as it turned out) we found the right place, but there was no one home. So we walked down to the local pub to see if they knew how to get hold of the right person (they didn't) so we asked the barmaid if she knew of anywhere we could park two motorhomes overnight, and she told us to park in their carpark! So here we are, enjoying a few wines and a pint or two of Guinness while we catch up on the blog.
