Still eating 3 meals a day, restricted carbohydrate. No problems with wanting to particularly eat between meals, or after our evening meal in the evening.
Making coconut flour/oil bread and also almond butter bread as required, certainly get through a lot of eggs when I make 2 x coconut; 1 x almond = 18-19 eggs.
So typical day is:

Still sticking at it, although not filled in the blog for quite a while.
Since starting have stuck religiously to three meals and day with no snacks, Surprisingly easy. Been doing lots of reading and watching relevant youtube videos.
Have made coconut bread - looks incredibly small - about 2 inches high at the most when cooked, but enough for 4 days - 20 slices in total, 4 per day for Sue, 1 per day for Roger.
