      ... about mid afternoon. But it made for a good drive because it was all hazy and misty which was cool because then we stopped and Ron and I took photos of this cool bridge and creek that was covered in moss. Then we headed home after lunch because of the weather and to have a relaxing afternoon. Ron and Abi went out to the shops and I just stayed and chilled with Margaret and showed her some of my pictures and then had ...

      ... It has some really old buildings and houses that are now tilted because they are so old. The english countryside is really beautiful and so nice to drive around in. I love the little country lanes you use to get everywhere. They are so narrow and are lined with hedges and bushes on either side so they feel so small. ... can leave you, or them, very confused. Although it is rather fun to stump them with Canadian slang. Toque and poutine are common favourites. On the other hand the British have some key phrases that are necessary to learn

      Canadian = British
      french fries = chips
      potato chips = crisps
      trousers = pants
      pants = underwear
      line-up = queue
      course (class) = module
      what's up?/how are you? = alright?
