After saying goodbye to my guides, Suzumoto-san drove me back into the city to my hotel where I had just a little time before heading out to meet Chris and company for dinner. You then smash it with the wooden hammer-like thing while constantly adding water until it makes kind of a gluey paste. This takes maybe 20 minutes. Then you roll it into little balls and dip it in sauce and eat it! It was really yummy! ...
