... that if I ever get a motorcycle, I will be riding the Angeles Parkway at some point. We got a quick bite to eat at subway and got back to PCC. Max, Jordan, and I then drove to Nick Chamberlin's apartment and played a game of Cosmic Encounter, to which beginners luck showed Nick to a seat atop victories throne. After that, we piled into Nicks car and went mini golfing. This time it was Max who hoisted the 1st place trophy. I had to redeem ...

Slept soundly tonight knowing we had another day to explore. :-)

Michelle and I have arrived safely in LAX...she is frantically trying to finish up some last minute work before powering down for the trip. For me, this is the first trip I've taken...in I don't know how long...where I am intentionally and consciously "unplugging" from my work-world. (obviously with the exception of all my friends from Blue Shield who will ...

... real, Italian pizza - a few more beers and some more nice wine. The restaurant had been recommended to us by Dave and Sarah for the quality of the food and the entertainment value of the owner Stallone. We weren't disappointed on either front; Stallone put on a good show and slashed our bill thanks to Dave and Sarah's previous groundwork. Still enjoying the feeling of having finished! Friday 24th October. Tucson to Slide Rock State Park by hire car. Friday came around quickly, and it ...
