      Arrived safely after a great flight from Australia. Traveled business class with Singapore and get 10/10 for service and great food. Transferred to Lufthansa and again good service but beds not as comfortable. First day just wandered around Manchester and got our bearings. Busy place and very industrial.       After having such a lovely surprise last night with Nicky and Sarah turning up at the B&B to surprise us and having a great evening together this morning could have been a day to have a " lay in " but as true dedicated cyclists we kicked them out of the B&B early to make their way home . Bless them both they left Kendal at 09.00 and got home at 17.15 ( Could have cycled it quicker girls!! )

      ... of the E2 terminal for South America. Michael went through OK, but I had to partially empty my carry-on bag as there were so many cameras and chargers etc that they couldn't decide "what was what" on the X-ray. I envisaged that I may struggle to repack everything again but it turned out to be easy.
