    An easy drive up - 150 miles getting 25-27 MPG from the Disco. After the previous escapades with it, a really nice smooth drive getting just above 50mph allowing for a lower gearing.     Thursday 2nd July

    It`s the day before the long awaited trip to the USA. The packing is complete. Martin and Sheila are starting the holiday early as they have tickets for Frankie Valli and The Four Seasons at the NEC so Chris and Gill will meet them at the airport tomorrow to check in at 6.30am. Our flight departs at 9.00am for Newark where we have about 4 hours to kill before flying onto Las Vegas.

    Nana has done a big wash today as it is sunny and hopefully it will get dry as sometimes if is very hard to the washing dry.
