Superbia in Proelia, slogan of the Manchester City Football Club, means Pride in Battle. Being a superb Cityzen (that would be a MCFC fan), I took advantage of my third visit to Manchester to visit Etihad Stadium.
City won the 2013-2014 series of the Barclays Premier League; the tail end of which I watched with great interest. They came second in 2014-2015, but so far this year they're off to a running start.
The title of this blog has a somewhat sarcastic undertone as this trip wasn't very exciting at all.
