    We started off the day with another great English breakfast. What is great is that every place has a lot of veggie options so eggs, veggie sausage, grilled tomatoes and beans. Yum.     The chemistry faculty occupies today's 12.15pm time slot. The dean makes a very warm introductory welcome and reinforces to the graduands the efforts of their parents who receive an enthusiastic round of applause.

    ... The final flight of an historic cold war supersonic British Vulcan bomber happened to occur during our lunch as the cherry on top.
    Our exploration of the palace grounds was heightened by the presence of the illustrator for 'The Gruffalo' book series. We were able to act the role of the privileged 18th century aristocracy, playing ring toss and lawn bowling, wandering the gardens, all with Gruffalo inspired activities for the kids interest.

    ... just in time for the train. An hour later we arrived and walked over the cobblestones to our hotel in the The Gay Quarter - Velvet.
