    Mind the shuttle bus!!!

Beware! If you check in a any Heathrow terminals, then catch one the Heathrow Hoppa shuttle buses, at a cost of £9 return make sure you get the correct bus, for the correct Premier Inn. DO NOT LISTEN TO THE DRIVER!!! He could, if you get the one we had at 6pm on Thursday the 7th January take you to the wrong Premier Inn (I.e. 420 Bath Road)!!!! Dump you there and then you could like us spend 90 minutes getting back to Terminal 3 then catching the H6 to Premier Inn 15 Bath Road This driver was superb, helpful and pleasant.
So Premier Inns you need to add something very simple like NORTH or SOUTH to differentiate your 2 sites to weary travellers, when there are very naughty drivers, taking the ****!!!!
The stay when we eventually arrived was great. Prices good, 15 Bath Road Prem Inn is HUGE compared to the other. Good restaurant, great staff, Costa coffee and 2 bars, comfy beds, quiet good nights sleep. So ONCE you arrive all is perfect, but this does need to be addressed as other travellers have experienced the same. P.S. The journey to the airport this morning the driver of the Heathrow Hoppa was exceptionally helpful, there's the difference!

Nice room and good quality food

We stayed here the night before a flight to SE Asia and this was a very wise decision to make. We were checked in quickly and efficiently and our room was of a good quality (as you expect for Premier Inn). Sound proofing on the room was good and you wouldn't know you were right next door to a Heathrow. We had planned to go out to eat but changed our mind at last minute to use the in-house Thyme restaurant. The food was a good quality and of a pub-style range; prices were reasonable for London.

Just one note of caution: don't be fooled into the Hoppa Bus service: we used the public bus from straight outside the hotel directly into the Airport Bus Terminal and this costs at least 50% less than the Hoppa service price and was just as quick.

Very nice hotel in an excellent location at the side of the runway however the noise insulation was excellent. Room was very nice with a large king bed and 2 singles for the kids. The bar and restaurant looked nice even though we didn't use them. The only bad point was £10 parking which I would have preferred to be included in advertised rate.

... we took the chance to go up the London Eye (giant ferris wheel). We had a great view from being up high and it took about 30minutes to go the entire way around. Afterwards we jumped on the metro and went to the London Dungeon. It was really not what we expected, I for one thought it was going to be a museum about all the medieval times and happenings in London but it was more like a show. A group of us would go from one spooked haunted room to the next with actors ...
