    ... to Belas Knap an ancient monument. If the English use the descriptor 'ancient' you know it's really old. They are pretty liberal with 'antique', 'aged' and terms like 'ye olde' but ancient means that - ancient. Belays Knap is 'just' a mound that was uncovered by a farmer,whilst ploughing his field but it's dated at 5500 BC and contains the remains (as if they would alive!) of at least 5 individuals.     ... and 24 hours later she stopped sulking. However the weather was so atrocious and the forecast equally miserable.     ... very satisfied and full. Another walk along the bay in the opposite direction to earlier was needed to help recover from our meal. Pat was very happy as we found Marks & Spencer's and she snapped until her heart was content. After about an our we returned to the hotel ready for bed, no TV, no internet, we were both very tired.
