The night before
School's out, work is on pause and the cottage industry is closed for Christmas. It's finally here after months of waiting and we're all beside ourselves with excitement.
The bags are packed (with space to spare thanks to Annette's frugal choice of clothes) and we have even managed to find room for Ellie much to Esther's relief.
We've got so many exciting new experiences ahead of us crammed into a 7 week trip. South East Asia here we come!

Liverpool.....Yeh, Yeh, Yeh
... t leave Liverpool without visiting The Beatles Story, a whole museum dedicated to the most famous product to come out of the city. It was full of amazing memorabilia and non-stop Beatles music, and even non-Beatles fans would likely be humming their songs for days afterwards. Liverpool is way cool :-)
... machine which was pretty funny. Today went back into the city and checked out the maritime museum as they had a 100th anniversary of the sinking of the titanic exhibit which was really cool. Had a quick goosey gander in the museum then wandered along the harbour to the Atlantic monument then back into the city taking pics here and there. Here we are on the train back to London. I was lucky enough to have an amazing nights rest following my little day trip in Liverpool. I knew I didn't want to do much as I was going to be leaving on the 31st for Scotland.
