... this was the morning that the wifi decided to play silly buggers and the iPad decided not to display any emails. Anyway we decide to risk it - we needed a car regardless. Off to Heathrow and we remember that while we aren't sure who we booked with, it was through Qantas so there are only really three options. Nope no booking ... Still not sure how it happened as we both remember sitting at the computer and doing it. Unfortunately we had to pay through the nose for the car. Oh ...

The lamb steaks were quite nice though which was a positive for the ...

... from bowling 15 overs yesterday so I bowled off eight steps. I opened the bowling and had a catch dropped off me at slip third ball. Halfway through my 6th over we had to come off for rain and bad light as the sky was very ominous and the heavens opened up briefly. After being off for half an hour we got back on and I had to finish my over bowling off spin. The first one landed and actually spun which surprised everyone, no one more ...

... stop we then went to Kay's where we will be staying for the next 5 months. It was only a brief introduction as we dropped off our luggage and went to the pub for lunch. The folk at the pub looked a bit rough but the meals weren't too bad and they were fairly cheap. After lunch we went back to Kay's to unpack our bags and get ourselves settled in. It was a little bit emotional as the realisation of this is going to be our home for the next five months sank in. ...
