... and pretty much all Aussie. And they keep chanting Aussie Aussie Aussie oi oi oi. Most annoying thing is the people starting the chants are the 2 english boys. The both look 16. So annoying! It is doing my head in a bit. Hopefully they know how to party and aren't as annoying in Ios. But this is what I love about busabout. Unlike contiki you aren't stuck with them. We will join them tomorrow night for all you can eat pizza and drinks but that will be ...

... Ours, the Celebrity Reflection, was the biggest of them all and we were suitably impressed! We have only ever been on one other cruise, the Pacific Jewel, so we were keen to see how they compared. Check-in was a breeze and we boarded the ship in a matter of minutes.

Our room was fabulous - big and spacious, with a balcony, although there is a life raft right outside our room that blocks some of the view. ...

Today we'd booked a private tour but the company cancelled it as there wasn't enough people to run the tour. Not happy Jane!!, as they never told me there was a minimum number required. In true Aussie spirit we decided to go it alone. As it was a tender port we had to get the tender from our ship to the shore, then a steep cable car up to Fira. The other option was by donkey :( that was never going to happen!! We walked around the streets of Fira and ...

    ... we turned in early.

Ryan and Kristy are highly athletic people. Sam and I are always trying to keep up when we are with them (and fail miserably), but the next morning, we went ashore for a run. As we were marveling at the better and better views attained by climbing the hills from sea level, we saw a dog get hit by a car and a few minutes later saw hunters aiming their rifles across a field with hunting dogs. We realized the dog ...

... we decided to postpone the last part of the walk for another day. It looked like it ceased being a path along the side of the hill and buildings and began to be open on both sides of the path.

Took bus to Fira and then back to the room, cleaned up and went and made some copies to send as postcards and then back to Zavros for dinner. Visited with a couple that had been all over Europe in 5 weeks. Not sure I would like to do so much traveling.
