    ... life to be my tour guide. Her idea of a fun afternoon is also to trek through unbroken snow where no woman has ever dared go before, which is what we just did. We found some hills and last week we found the sun, so all is well.
    Did I mention that the white witch of Narnia lives in Caronport? The word is she will be releasing winter in the next 6 months or so :)

    Yes there are hills in Sask! I don't think these are the Sandhills but there were some really nice hills around Lumsden and Craven.

    Last Sunday I drove, mostly following detour signs on lots of gravel roads, to a place called Cravenworld, near the town of Craven. The 90 & 9 group of CMA invited me to their BBQ when they found out I was moving to Sask. Great bunch of people.

    ... was one spot, which has been a gathering place for the Northern Plains Indians for over 6000 years. They lived their daily lives, worshipped and had celebrations here. It is now a place for people to visit; walk on trails; visit a tipi or a medicine wheel. There is also an Art Gallery, conference facility and gift shop. It certainly was a great spot to learn more about our history and the history of the ancient peoples.
