... which means Up and Down! that is literally what it does!
But the most amazing thing was that when we got the top, we met some Kiwis that we knew from NZ - in fact they were Tanya's old boss Alan and Margot Acland!! It was such a coincidence and we were just gobsmacked that this could even happen in another part of the world! We did chat for a while with them and shared places of interest in Lisbon.

We had a lovely day most of it driving from Coimbra to Sintra. Took about 4 hours.

Travelled through some lovely countryside largely fruit trees and vegetables, layout of the land changed from flat to very hilly. Our little car did ok. Hasn't much guts .....
