... the hotel via Charles Bridge which is an iconic symbol of the city. The old architecture is beautiful and very interesting, and some of the streets very narrow, hardly enough for a car. We sure covered some ground, and we were looking for a seat and foot rub when we returned to the hotel. 2 hour rest and we were off on another walk.... ... buildings, poorly maintained and sometimes abandoned. Many of the buildings and the statues we have seen, need to be sandblasted. We may be seeing some remnants of the communist rule.
