... find the metro office - yea!! Tourists on a mission!!!

To demonstrate how far we have come in our travel experiences, we didn't even bat a eye at having to switch from metro, to tram to city bus to get to the zoo!!

The zoo was just ok. Parts of it were old and dingy and we felt sad for the animals. They are doing renovations after some pretty bad flooding, so hope that will update it more. The highlight was a monkey ...

... there was a replica. While this might be because the originals are being protected, it seemed to me that they were more likely misplaced or in poor condition. There were too many sections of the castle that had weapons, torture devices, or jewels, that were clearly made in the last 20 years. The actual artifacts were there, but most of them were in display cases in an corner somewhere.
