- For taking the bus to the Botswana border (Kazungulu) go to the Lusaka inter-city bus station which is close to the train station and buy a ticket for 100.000 Kwacha. Don't take the bus to Livingstone because then you have to catch another one there which cost you way ...

... no frills, but luxury for us, with great food, a relaxed atmosphere and a great spot right next to the Luangwa river - when we arrived there was an elephant drinking opposite, along with the usual hippos and crocs. We were briefed about what to do if a hippo or elephant wandered through the camp, then spend some time chilling in the hammocks and by the pool.
