... I am in Thailand travelling the islands after my time back at school. In fact... I am in Dalyan, Turkey at this very moment surprising my beautiful mum to have a two week girly holiday with Mum and Ann before heading home :)! This way my mum CAN be part of my travels and it's all thanks to my lovely Dad for helping me concoct and fund a turkish diversion! Shelley and I hung around at the hotel and the pool. It is pretty hot here, minimum of 32 degrees so far. We have spent quite a bit of time with Jacqui and her family from Britain, who were surprisingly enough, also in Goreme at the Kelebek Hotel. Great people who have travelled in Europe ...

... french couples then all Aussies. Could almost taste the disappointment of those poor Frenchies.

Anyway everyone was pretty nice and alot of the time was spent playing board games, swimming and diving off the boat, eating great food and drinking beer.

We stopped along the way at some cool places, notably Kas which reminded me of one of those riviera type towns where Elton John or George Clooney probably owns a house somewhere. One of the nights we had ...
