... That was fun watching the Packers kick some ass.

Other than lounging, we just went for several walks along the harbor to admire all of the wooden gulets. I was here before in 2000 and remember taking one of the best tours of my life on a gulet. ... Mark Webber. After 400 hundred lane changes, an average speed of of 140 and a couple of smokes he pulled into the departures five minutes before check in closed. Inside we felt elation as we had made it. I began to reveal my inner Mary Munro and made statements like " You bloody rippa" and "**** me that was lucky" In the process we had flown into Asia, crossed into Europe and managed to pull off the near impossible. Will never know the guys name but he saved us big time.

... Most don't have jobs to go to but don't seem phased by that at all and all say they hope to be re employed at the resort next year.
Still thinking about paragliding - they show the days flights on a tv in the bar and it looks amazing ( tandems have a camera to video the experience) but the take off and landing look a little tricky although with a burly bloke pushing you off a cliff there would appear to be little opportunity to change your mind at the last minute. ...

... We bought a frisbee from the markets at Kas, but more importantly got some sea-sickness tablets from the pharmacy. Somehow I don't think we were their only customers for the day. After Kas we sailed around the corner to a little bay for dinner on the boat. A much calmer end to a pretty challenging day.

On Tuesday morning the boat again left early however seas were a lot less rough and everyone managed to stay in their cabins dozing until 8.30am when ...
