We ended up not finding any, but I left the trail camera next to big piles of moose scat and huge moose prints along a deer trail next to the river. We set up camp in the sagebrush a few miles away. We did see LOTS of Bald Eagles – 16 in all! They are really big creatures and we saw some of their nests which look big enough to park a small car in. The 13-mile portion of the river we floated on was very scenic with excellent views of the Teton, Snake and Gros Ventres mountain ranges. The river was fairly high which Carson said was remarkable for this time of year. ...

... me with warmth up to my chin. It was hard to move around, because the water was so relaxing you just didn't want to. Jordan had talked about coming to the same hot springs with her family when she was younger, and it was nice for her to come back to the place where she had been with her family and to see nothing changed!
