This motel is set on Mirror Lake, a smaller but just as beautiful and much quieter lake. You have a lovely view of the lake from your motel/cottage, and the rooms are clean, comfortable, nicely remodeled, and spacious. I would highly recommend this to anyone!

Thanks to the good people at North End Harley we were back up and running around noon. Phil and I headed straight to the ferry and crossed Lake Champlain to Vermont. It was beautiful - I really enjoyed that state. We missed out on the Vermont Teddy Bear Company, Shelburne Museum, and the Old Round Church, but we were able to ...

... you call it?”. Disappointingly, when looking it up, the dictionary definition only states ‘a long walk, especially in the country or wilderness’ with no further qualification regarding distance or requirements for rescue. So the jury’s still out on that, really.

After dinner, Nay and I had real trouble sleeping, possibly from all the exciting hike chat. We did have a very productive evening though with blog posts written, ...

... 2 degrees Celsius we just felt like some fresh home made soup that Billy-Bobs sign had out the front. "Sorry," he said, "stopped doing soup last week, winter's over, selling ice cream now". Now I get the name Scoops. I mentioned it's freezing outside and there is snow everywhere. "Yeah that's right, got ice cream now," he said. We shared a turkey BLT wrap that comes with a bag of potato chips. Knowing the size of American meals we can usually share all the meals. We ...

Maura and I were happy to be cruising along in the CRV this morning as we drove back to the White Mountain's Visitor Center in Lincoln to resume the bike trip. Yesterday, after picking up the CRV from Mike's, we stopped at the bike shop to have Surly's gearing problem fixed.
