... to me in Portuaguese so until I open my mouth it's easy to blend in.

It's been school holidays here so there are a lot of Portuaguese travelling within their own country. Getting on and off planes and buses is interesting. Forget the traditional evergreen, over here it's old bottles of wine arranged in a cone shape, with tinsel and lights as decorations. So, after 3 weeks we say goodbye to sandy beaches for a while, as we head north-west to Foz do Iguasu. Caio ...

... It was lashing outside so we decided to just stay in the bus station. We found the closest thing to a restaurant and waited for the onwards overnight bus. The bus was fine, we were given aperitifs before dinner which we knocked back, but other than that, it was another long night for me. After all the buses we have taken I can still not find a comfortable sleeping position. To my frustration, Engelke just has to pull over the eye mask and insert her ear plugs and she is fast ...

... br> Elisha was feeling a little better now so we sat around for a while then got ready for dinner. Tonight we felt like pasta again. So we knew the seafood restaurant had it so we went there. I got the spaghetti bolognese and Elisha got spaghetti with tomate sauce.

Again tonight we needed to sort out some jobs at the Internet cafe so we headed there again after we had finished dinner. Then it was time to wander back to the hostel to pack our bags and go to ...
