... stood there and watched him play around before we made our way back into town. We were both pretty wrecked and hungry so we grabbed some food and went back to the room to shower and relax. We were going to head out and look around town but the weather was still poor and we decided to just hang out and relax. We ate dinner early and just took turns going downstairs to use the WiFi before we decided it was bed time and we were both pretty ...

After 8am breakfast, booked the return slow boat trip to Lopes Mendes, one of the best 10 beaches in Brazil, on the understanding I would be returning on the 2.30 boat, I booked the 9.30 departure as didn't want to be stuck burning on a shadeless beach.

The 45 min slow boat wasn’t too painful but dropped you at Pouso, over the headland, from where it was a tough 20 min + jungle walk. Given I was told on the boat that the earliest return was actually 3.30pm, ...

My last five nights and I am in paradise... the most beautiful beaches, forest walks, monkeys, birds, waterfalls, swimming, paddle boarding, reading, reflecting, and just being happy with life :). Oh and no traffic... you get around by walking, bike or boat. I only took one photo... with me deciding to keep this paradise as a memory and also because I felt done with my camera! My photo blog is now over and the real world awaits... until I do it all again soon... Big love to South America ...
