... quite vicious especially during the summer. I was scratching for days. The beach apart from the mosquitoes were amazing. I met a lovely couple from São Paulo and we tried to speak Spanish to each other. We shared a litre of brahma and so calamari. After lunch we arrived back at the Jeep and headed for a walk to see a local waterfall. After that we had some spare time to catch some waves and then caught a speedboat back to the west side ...

... br style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: arial, sans-serif; line-height: normal;">After two wonderful days at the Hilton we headed to the beach house. Upon arrival we immediately hit the water, but we had options, we could either jump in the pool or the ocean. We of course chose both during our stay. The week consisted of lots of games and swimming and my personal favorite paddle ball in the pool.

          Not your average weekend.

          ... these things sometimes...

Despite all of these mildly amusing situations (particularly for my housemate), the real drama began when we arrived back on Saturday night. The journey had taken just over 6 hours in total so we were really looking forward to our beds. However I walked into our room and the first thing I noticed were mice droppings on my BED. Needless to say a thorough hunt of the house followed to investigate where the mice had been. ...
