    Basilica do Bom Jesus de Matosinhos. A smallish church with a painted wooden ceiling. The interest here is all outside; it has 12 statures of Old Testament prophets, in soapstone. Additionally there is a steeply sloping courtyard out front, with 6 chapels. The chapels contain wooden statues showing scenes for Jesus's life.

    ... away, everyone else chilled in the aisle to ensure enoguh dancing room. Even our supervisor (the Handball fanatic) was singing and dancing.
