      To celebrate the Easter Weekend we all went on a trip to Cabo Frio, a popular coastal resort located about 2 hours drive directly east of the REGUA reserve. We left REGUA early on Friday morning and arrived at Cabo Frio bus station around 11am.       ... move! You got a slow cog train up the side of the mountain and then you walked up a few stairs to the very top. Sugar Loaf Mountain was spectacular too but unfortunately we picked the only cloudy day to go up there so the views werenīt too clear.
