Outre les téléphones animaliers, la ville et les alentours sont réputés pour la pureté de leurs eaux. Le fond des grottes est d'un bleu magnifique, et on voit sans problème les plusieurs mètres de fond des rivières en nageant au milieu des poissons.Malgré la vague de froid, on se sent bien à Bonito, en sécurité, et c'est l'idéal pour terminer notre chapitre brésilien.

... Animateur'; Agency AR die centraal vanuit het dorp toegangskaartjes voor alle attracties en parken in en om Bonito beheert. Onze ‘Animateur’ gaf aan dat dit inderdaad een hoogtepunt is en dat hij ons graag voor Oudjaarsdag wilde inschrijven. Kortom wij hebben de kinderen het zwembad ingelaten en zijn de laatste boodschappen gaan doen alvorens naar de Pantanal te gaan. Onderdeel van de boodschappen was het tweede pakketje met ons overschot aan kleren naar Amsterdam te sturen.

... we took bath in 3 of them, was an amazing experience - Mato Grosso do Suls highest waterfall was on the same trek as well. And at the end of the hike we climbed 800 stairs which was pretty awesome to have a high view of the whole place . it was pouring at the end of the trail - was incredible how heavy it poured but it was perfect timing since we had already finished by then. Had an amazing lunch and met another really cool couple , ...
