    Day 65

Got up around 10am, packed our bags and checked out. Got a taxi to the bus station and waited around before our 30hour journey to São Paulo. I was dreading the thought of having to sit on a bus for 30 hours but the journey itself wasn't as bad as I feared. The bus stopped at least 6 times so you could get food or go to the bathroom. The places we stopped off at were pretty much just roadside ...

... etc. Had dinner in the restaurant we went to on the first night and then went back to our room. We arrived to Porto Seguro around 9am and got a taxi over to an island called Arrail D'ajuda. The reason we decided to go to this place was because we read that the nightlife was supposedly brillaint and it also had plenty of nice beaches. Our first impressions of the place was that it was fairly upmarket. The main street wouldn't have been out of place in somewhere like Vale De Lobo and was lined with lovely shops and restaurants. Sheeno claimed it was voted the nicest street ...

... first 3 hours and tried to sleep a bit as I was pretty tired. Then she came by and saw no one was sitting next to me and I think she was saying the person next to her was taking up room or something. So she sat next to me. By now it was 11 and I wanted to sleep. So I said I was going to sleep. A few hours later she was fast asleep leaning on me in my space! I was being very irrational but it was making me so frustrated. I could have two seats to myself and ...
