Amidst the furious last-minute packing, the "gitters" are beginning to get to me. I have only traveled once before on a plane, so tomorrow morning will be an adrenaline rush of excitement and speed walking to the terminals. Luckily, the rest of the group I'm studying abroad with will be just as excited and ready to go as I am!

... s baptism on Saturday and we had a nice time visiting with family friends at a reception afterwards.
It was wonderful to have a few extra days with family before heading north and especially to stock up on Caitlyn cuddles!! (You can probably tell how much I'm going to miss this munchkin based on the number of pictures of her here:)) Thank goodness for Facetime and Skype!
After about a week driving up the east coast, I arrived in Rochester in time to join Mom and Dad for the Herb & Wine Festival on Cayuga Lake. We had a great time tasting wine on a beautiful spring day and ended the day with 6 bottles and about 30 plants to prove it:)
