... her dining room and living room show that even then the walls were full of adventurous artworks, and mobiles hung enchantingly from ceilings. The simple, stylish furniture provided a sympathetic backdrop. As the morning has progressed, many early visitors have 'done' the art, enjoyed the coffee, and long since disappeared through the bookshop and out into the world again. Some of the art students have been sketching sculptures in the gardens for a couple of hours, and the crowds ...

... of the streets turn back before going forward. After 50 minutes, we arrived at the Ateneo di San Basso, the venue for tonight’s concert.

The Ateneo di San Basso was built in 1076 making it one of the oldest churches in Venice. We were very lucky to experience this concert in this historic place as not only were the ensemble and musical formation ...

... s really hot and were chilling by the pool. Bliss. A sloppy bacon cheeseburger (definitely better now) and a few lemonades later and life is good. By the pool we got chatting to some aussie girls, one called Eliza who is gonna head into Venice with us later. Shes pretty sound so that's cool. We caught the shuttle bus at 5 so we can see some of Venice too. ------- So Venice is like a fully nice place. Tonight we really saw how beautiful it is to be fair. I love ...
