... could leave Hudson in the room to have a quick nap whilst Mum and Dad had a few pints with the monitor! He must have loved having the room to himself cause we had to wake him for a change.

We got up fairly early the next day to head on down to Folkestone to catch the Euro tunnel car train thing. Quite exciting really.

Ok - just thrown the last few things in the van: - salt and vinegar crisps (check), pork pie (check), crumpets (check) - and we are off to the ferry!

We aim for, and succeed on getting on the earlier ferry, and after a burger we are loaded onto the ferry for the 2 hour ...

Okay lastly, a funny story. Due to having to live on the cheap, for my Visa appointment, instead of getting a direct train costing £50 return, I arranged to park at someones house in London through www.parkatmyhouse.co.uk and catch a train from there totaling £10 - a lot cheaper!
