    ... be easier to give the tour. We went with the first group and our tour guide started off talking about the different hops used to make beer. We then went onto different sections and ended up at their automated warehouse. The beer sits here and extra 3-4 weeks because they put in a little extra sugar and beer will ferment more during this time.

    Hi all, still on the ship which moved 4 hours down river while we were out today. It's rained a lot up in the mountains today, so they are hopeful we will take off at 6.30am the water level has definitely risen and flowing a lot faster. It's certainly not Blue This Danube. They said it may even only have 10 centre meters to get thru so if all goes well we will sail and make up the time we have lost. Fingers crossed. ...

    ... which continually crisscrossed over the Danube River. I counted 6 times that we crossed over on the way back! We only had one other stop on the ride home just before Regensburg at a tiny little village on the banks of the Danube called Donaustauf. We weren't alone; there were a few people visiting the only attraction in town.
