... weird.

Anyway, with lots of hugs and happy cries of "buona ventura" (good luck), we all went our separate ways.

Now it's late and I need to finish packing to get ready to leave for Venice bright and early tomorrow morning. I'm leaving most of my clothes here (I'm sick of them anyway) because I have no room for them now -- let alone when I leave Venice. We'll see what else I decided to leave behind there!

I can't believe how this week has flown by! Every day, there are new tenses, new articles, and new subtle prepositional quirks to remember. Every night there is homework and studying. Sheesh -- you'd think I was in school or something!

It's not as good a recording as I would like because the shorter trains sound more like the Tardis, but those trains come in (one-one-thousand-two-one-thousand) and are gone again so quickly, I can never catch one in time.     ... with guess who chirping...Tom finds a compatriot from Bari, the owner and staff catch the vibe and encourage more laughs .....on the way home we see the evidence of staying near a station....an excellent position for getting to and from Venice...and a good clean establishment..but call girls on the corner????plenty...did not expect that....we all went happily to bed!!!!Tomorrow to ...
