Chrisi Akti, Golden Beach Paros, Cyclades, Greece, 84400, 21062-32080
Delos is an incredibly interesting place. The entire island is a collection of ruins where no one is allowed to stay on the island overnight so everyone who visits are day trippers—most of whom are staying in Mykonos. It was an excellent day for exploring ruins at just over 60F degrees it was cool and pleasant. There is a lot to explore on the island so be sure to leave enough time to see it all.

There are no complete building standing, but ...

Naoussa, Cyclades, Greece traceybelle... yesterday, it was unbelieveable. We saw so much famous art, I wouldn"t know where to begin. Today, we got on the Metro and visited the Colluseum, the Pantheon, the Piazza Venicia (sp) and the Piazza Navona, as well as the Spanish Stairs....from the Colluseum, we walked to the rest of the sites. So we put on a lot of miles today too. At one point we were so hungry and thought we were never going to find a place to eat...finally we found this pizza place ...

The 500-year old building was first established as a hotel in 1972 under the name of Hotel Danassi. It has since
been fully refurbished by Ms Danassi in 1993 to cater to the contemporary standard of comforts. Despite the addition of ...
Folegandros, Cyclades, Greece xuanargi... the campsite while also looking after Dimitris, her 10month old son. Yorgos, her boyfriend had the roll of recruiting people getting off the ferries in Parikia to come and stay at our campsite. Although he worked long hours most of his day involved sitting in cafes drinking frappes with all the rest of the owners of hotels, apartments and campsites. Lisa would be on the go from early in the morning and would not finish till late at night. I used to feel for her trying to balance ...
Paros, Cyclades, Greece talamarko... little different. For me I think that the life doesn't lend itself well for having a relationship, getting married or having children. Finding that special someone and building a life together is something I would like to have in the future. Travelling can be a solitary experience sometimes and I guess I'd like the opportunity to share my life with someone one day. Wow, could I be growing up, getting all mature....?? I wouldn't be so sure but I suppose I'm just ...
Paros, Cyclades, Greece talamarko... the ride was pretty rocky and the water was hitting the windows as we went, so even if I had a bag it was probably soaked. We arrived and our bags were covered in salt but they were present. Our hostel here was much nicer than in Mykonos and we had our own bathroom and most importantly air conditioning...and yet it was cheaper?? I was sharing with a couple of girls I had been hanging out with so that was good. We went on a walking tour of the ...
Paros, Cyclades, Greece dfurler... 10,000 slaves were sold daily. Foreigners from as far as Rome, Syria and Egypt lived in complete tolerance of one another's religious beliefs and each group built its various shrines. In the 5th century during the Peloponnesian war, all graves were dug up and the bodies moved to another nearby island. It was ordered that no one should be allowed to either die or give birth on the island and therefore claim ownership through inheritance and to ...
